Dr. Josewich was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I. He was stationed at Fort Snelling and Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, Texas. After the war he was a physician for the U.S. Veteran’s Administration, Minneapolis in addition to having his private practice at the Physicians and Surgeons Building in Minneapolis. The Josewich family lived in South Minneapolis near Lake Harriet.
