Stig Lindberg (1971) Scottish Terriers – Ceramic

Stig Lindberg designed a plastic "Scottish Terrier" (Skotte) bank in 1961 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Swedish bank Handelsbanken. Lindberg was inspired by his own dog (Simon) to create this "pet" for the bank.  One medium and two small ceramic Scotties are available. One of the small Scotties has a chip to its tail. Prices: Medium 3” Scottie $142; Small 2” Scottie $98; Small 2” Scottie with Chip in tail: $44.
