Thomas Hellström (1924–2006) was one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists of the 20th century. Following his art studies at ”Konstfack” in Stockholm, Hellström worked for the Nittsjö factory for almost 50 years.

Inger Persson Atelje (Atelier) hand decorated bowl in blue glazes with a curvilinear motif. Made at her Rörstrand studio in the 1960s. Persson studied at Stockholm University of crafts and design and has worked at Rörstrand as a designer. She. has made many iconic designs for Rörstrand. The bowl is made with chamotte clay, raw on the top with strong blue colors covering the lower surface.
